I make a change to a file, then do a
and then fill in the comments and here is what I get:
On branch master Your branch is up-to-date with ‘origin/master’. Changes not staged for commit: modified: helpdesk/libs/footer.php no changes added to commit Git command completed
I was able to get my file to commit by using git add “filename”… then was able to commit and push it correctly… do I have to do a git add for every file everytime I change a file? This will be too unwieldy… any ideas?
